This processing plant, situated on agricultural land, was surrounded by soil conditions typical of a farming environment. These conditions required in-depth consideration of substrate stability beneath the proposed paved areas.

As a result, extensive ripping, stabilising, and compaction of the ground surfaces were undertaken. In certain areas, the importing of engineered fill material was also necessary to ensure adequate stability.

The proper implementation of these measures resulted in successful delivery of the newly paved surfaces, meeting both operational and visual requirements.
